SHANE ANFERNEE SMITH

Shane Anfernee Smith is a 3rd -year student at Centro Escolar University in Makati, taking up the course of Bachelor of Science, majoring in Psychology. She is also a member of the Peer facilitators Organization since 2019. In the last 5 years, she completed two work immersion programs from her Senior High School and College internship. During these times she developed her interpersonal skills by building rapport with her clients.

In exercising her duties, she is efficient and consistently applies the lessons her mentors and supervisors taught. In joining the workforce as a graduating student, Shane aspires to execute the theories of Psychology and learn the skills and practices required to perform Human Resources effectively. She aims to pursue the role of a Human Resource Intern through training that will benefit her and the school.
