  • Running a Language Exchange Program for 6 weeks, open to 30 Korean and American students enrolled at Universities in Korea. Managing the whole procedures, including RSVP, application screening, scheduling, opening/completion ceremony, weekly activities, and certificates.
  • Translating 10 external document reports from Korean to English to make reports to the diplomatic officers, or from English to Korean to distribute guidelines open to the public.
  • Cooperating to organize a reception event around 150 participants intended to facilitate exchanges among Alumni participating scholarship programs under the Embassy. Updating the RSVP and guest list, arranging an event venue, issuing notices, and managing contacts.
  • Supported the preparation for 15+ meetings and round-table discussions with internal and external stakeholders, created name tags and table tents for participants, and requested security clearance. Drafting 8 summaries of meetings and round-table to share for weekly highlights with internal Public Diplomacy officers.
  • Researching the background of 5 regional events run by the Korean provincial government, which were sponsored by the Embassy, to report the description of the events to diplomats.
  • Taking part in the first step of screening around 100 scholarship applications, creating a scoring document to select interviewees, and managing inquiry emails.
  • Designing and modifying 6 flyers for open-to-public events held by Public Diplomacy Sections, delivering to other collaborated teams.
