System administrator of Bangko Sentral Ng Pilipinas, primary support of its in-house three-tier Java applications running in IBM WebSphere Application Server, DB2, and IBM HTTP Server hosted in a private IBM Cloud Infrastructure, including the following roles but not limited to:

• Provides overall operational support of the in-house web applications and its runtime environment throughout its lifecycle.
• Demonstrates performance monitoring, and evaluation of the web application's runtime environment.
• Provides system configuration management and enhancements of the web application environment.
• Performs fault management including infrastructure and application troubleshooting during incidents.
• Collaborates with the software developers in understanding and troubleshooting the web applications' behavior during Software Development Phase.
• Performs system hardening to the application's environment by collaborating with infrastructure security team, conducting vulnerability assessments and applying necessary patches.
• Performed server and web application migration from different IBM platforms.
• Performs infrastructure high availability and disaster recovery exercises to validate and ensure the system's high fault-tolerance environment.
• Performs administration, capacity planning, and operational support of the Cloud infrastructure.

Responsible mainly in performing system administrative tasks in AIX, including but not limited to:

• Provides 24x7 support for mission-critical-business application systems, including server and application BAU operations, monitoring and maintenance.
• Performed task automation over application servers and process improvement in infrastructure management.
• Provided system administration support to application team in their system development life cycle, and resolutions during system failure and incidents.
• Provides support to application developer team during system development on other OS platforms.
• Conducts research on enhancements to improve system operation performance.
• Creates and maintains system administration and other technical documentation of all systems.

• Deployed at Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas responsible primarily for improving operations of application system running in AIX including creating Unix scripts for system monitoring, deploying and assisting applications in Unix platform and other administrative tasks.
• Collaborated with system administrators and network security team to harden Unix, and Windows servers.
• Other duties included assisting administrative tasks in Windows virtual servers such as Active Directory administration, system monitoring, and creating technical documentations.

• Deployed in Meralco Philippines, responsible primarily for configuring batch files schedules in an enterprise scheduling system that handles Meralco's consumer billings.
• Performed system backup and restoration of the enterprise scheduling system.

Deployed at Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, under First Data Corporation, responsible primarily for creating Unix scripts for monitoring, deploying and assisting applications in Unix platform and other administrative tasks. Collaborating with system administrators and security team to harden Unix, and Windows servers for security measures. Other duties include assisting administrative tasks in virtual servers in Windows platform, as well as active directory administration, system monitoring, and technical documentations.
