PRINCIPAL ROLE AND RESPONCIBILITIES:
- As Ipca, we have 35 Filipino team members for the various field hierarchies spread over the country and 4 employees in office
- Manage a effective and motivational team
- Recruit, train, appraise, supervise, support, develop and guide personal
- Ensure brand registration, articulation and international desired quality to the country
- Ensure all brand communication and marketing efforts are line with vision, mission, ambition and branded strategy
- Product planning and allocation through our various supply systems
- Coordinating all import custom clearance and shipment clearance formalities & arrangement of requirements
- Oversee the printed field promotional materials, analyze the sales, capturing of sales on the website, payment collection as in time and annual budget planning with allocation based on the last year sales & potentiality of the territories
- Help team members to develop the business from our dedicated customer list
- Ensure time line reporting of field peoples
- Support office staff for the sales capturing, new joiners requirements & field promotional material allocation
- Distribution of the salary of our team members and office staff every month
- Submission of reports to the Government for all kinds of taxes
- Supervision of product billing through Government norms
- Recruits, trained, and coached team member to support company growth.
- Gathered information on competitor activities and market trends to enhance strategic decision-making.
- Led the successful launch of new products in local markets, driving revenue growth and brand recognition.
- Established strong relationships with key industry players for business growth and expansion.
