· Do client engagement, perform product orientation, and other marketing strategies of the bank.
· Facilitate Loan Application to Clients.
· Verify and check the validity and authenticity of loan application document attachments.
· Review Loan Application Forms; Evaluate loan application, perform follow-ups if necessary.
· Ensures efficient loan document preparation and loan processing.

· Make sure to do accurate, complete and timely loan report preparation and submission
· Make sure to accurately monitor loans to achieve low to zero past due rate.
· Acts as an interface between the customers and the company by attending to their queries and handling consumer complaints.

· Facilitates booking, coordinates with dispatch and warehouse departments in monitoring the deliveries to ensure delivery compliance and customer satisfaction.
· Ensures that all booking requests have been served and monitors deliveries until confirmation that client has received these in good condition.
· Attends to customer concerns/complaints and ensures that this is escalated to those concerned for the immediate resolution of the case.
· Send all delivery related reports to respected departments in an accurate and timely way
· Provides relevant, timely and accurate monitoring reports and customized updates to customers, schedule and delays.
· Consistently monitors and tracks down the status of each shipment therefore ensuring that all are within the turnaround time and that each transaction is being closed in the system by chasing the POD update.
· Ensures that the captured rates during system encoding of bookings are correct and shipment details are accurate.
· Maintains inventory data integrity and tracks the accuracy of inventory in accordance with the principal standards.
· Assures that all products in the inventory comply with First Expiration, first out (FEFO) policy.
· Addresses and provides on-time feedback to customer complaints.
· Coordinates various integrated communication, sales and service activities. Compiles and maintains files/log of sales proposals/quotations, pricelist and other related records.
· Performs administrative and sales support duties related to the daily operations of the sales and service units.
· Maintains and update client profile and monitors completion of delivery of client's purchase order.
· Executes a wide variety of details that involve trade shows, exhibits, customer communications and other sales promotions and plans.
· Prospect and qualify new sales leads.
· Schedule meetings and presentations with prospect.
· Create plan and deliver presentations on company product.
· Track all sales activities in company system and keep current by updating account information regularly.
· Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments.
