Managed the Micro Tunneling Dept. in the execution of a 2.7 KM Pipelaying proj. for Maynilad Water System, using an AVN 800 XC Upsized to 1400 mm HK micro TBM and a AVN 1200 TB Upsized to 1600mm HK micro TBM. This machine were use to drive a 1400mm and 1600 mm D.I product pipe accomplishing the drive within the established timeframe.

Managed the maintenance of a fleet of micro TBM's such as Herrenknecht AVN machines and Rasa machines. Diameter size range from 500mm to 2800mm Slurry TBM machine.

Executed refurbishment and rebuilding of Hydraulic systems,Slurry systems and various mechanical ancillaries.

Diagnosed and resolved mechanical system failures through effective troubleshooting.

Shift supervisor in the assembly and commissioning of a 7.4 dia. EPB HK TBM S 1257 for the Central Kowloon Route Central Tunnel.

Shift Supervisor for the TBM maintenance during project operation until breakthrough was achieved.

Perform dismantling of the TBM from shaft to ensure proper equipment handling.

Assigned in the Philippines to assist Herrenknecht Asia clients with their micro tbm projects of various sizes for pipe jacking application related to water and drainage projects.

Managed the assembly and commissioning of a 3.2 mtr EPB tbm for the Novabala Corp. Water Tunnel using the HK M2274 M Epb machine to drive a 7.7 KM water tunnel.

Supervise the assembly, commissioning and Launching of two AVN machines size 3.2mtr, M1469M and M1471M for the CLP Blackpoint power plant proj. In Hongkong

Managed maintenance and supervision for clients Patel Eng. Ltd. and Pratibha ind. Ltd. Throughout the project duration, which included a 10 km of Water tunnel in Mumbai India.

Assigned at Herrenknecht India TBM Factory for its first TBM rolled out,including a S615 and S616 refurbishment.

Assigned as Mech.supv on the S370 Hard rock TBM in Veligonda irrigation tunnel and at the S400 hard rock Tbm in Tapovan Hydro proj. in Uttarakhand.

Last assignment was the refurbishment and downsizing of a 3.2 mtr M1150 to 2.8 dia. hexapod machine for Patel Eng. Ltd.

Managed maintenance of two Herrenknecht micro tbm's 1800 AVN and 1500 AVN use in the Central to Quarry Bay sewer line.

Executed repairs and refurbishment after completing each tunnel drive, ensuring readiness for the subsequent drives.
