✅ Provide Structural Analysis and design including structural detailing of vertical structures by the National Structural Code of the Philippines for vertical and horizontal structures using computer-aided design software such as StaadPro and ETABS inside the university for 5 years.

✅ Asses old buildings and provide structural analysis for repairs and retrofitting of structural members for restoration.

✅ Provide cost estimate, bill of materials, program of works, and scope of work.

✅ Monitors ongoing construction to follow all specifications provided in the detailed plan. Manages construction schedule and contractors' billing requests.

✅ Provide complex Plumbing layout and design for school and commercial buildings using Computer Aided Drawings such as AutoCAD and Rivet MEP

✅ Uses experience and expertise in providing knowledge to aspiring civil engineers

✅ Provided knowledge on structural design engineering's subjects such as Theory of structures, Reinforced Concrete Design, and Steel Design.

✅ Review Center instructor for civil engineering graduates who want to pass the Board Examination
