• I entered IIT Hub as a regular intern, my job was to look and recruit new interns for the company. After a week, I was promoted to become the HR Operations; I was in charged with the attendance checking, I also attend seminars and orient the new interns. I also replied to their questions and concerns regarding The Slack, their schedule, and the remaining days/hours of work. It was not an easy task but it's fun and challenging. I get to meet new people who shares knowledge and helped me to become compassionate and competent.
