1. Responsible for the repairs and maintenance of different brands and models of engineering/earthmoving equipments, warehouse handling equipment and special purpose equipment such Bulldozer, Tractors, Wheel Loaders, Truck type Loaders, Backhoes/Backhoe-loaders, Vibrator Compactors, Road Graders, Hydraulic Hammers, Telescopic/Mechanical Cranes, Hydraulic Lifts, Generators, Forklifts and other Special Purpose Equipment.

2. Performs inspection on an equipment to determine serviceability by checking its physical and operational condition through visual examination and operational test.

3. Performs repair of equipment by identifying related faults or troubles and correcting the specific fault/malfunction of a part, assembly of system.

4. Restores serviceability on the machine/equipment by doing adjustments on a part/assembly and repairing/replacing damage parts.

5. Performs top engine overhauling, transmission repair and hydraulic pump/component repair.

6. Performs final inspection on a newly repaired equipment to ensure its operational efficiency.

7. Performs periodic and un scheduled servicing of equipment to keep the machine always in its proper operating condition.

8. Performs other jobs as may directed by the supervisor which includes welding a broken/damage part/component, modifying/fabricating a certain part due to lack of replacement parts and imparting technical knowledge to newly hired personnel at the workshop.

2. Performs trouble shooting and repair on engine, transmission and under carriage of Heavy Equipment.

3. Performs top engine overhauling and Hydraulic Pump/Component repair.

4. Performs repair on brakes system such as master cylinder, wheel cylinder, brake chamber and brake lining.

5. Operates Heavy Equipment Trucks, Hydraulic Crane and Loader during drive test.

6. Performs equipment test after under going repair in order to check its operational worthiness before releasing.

7. Maintain good housekeeping and see to it that tools, equipment and working area are clear and in order after working.

1. Trouble Shooting and repairs of engines, transmission and under carriage of heavy Equipment such as 25T ISCO Cline, 35T EUCLID, 950 Truck Excavator, Bulldozer, Crane and Trailer Truck.

2. Analyzed malfunctioning equipment and determined type of repairs required.

3. Submit accomplishment reports after finishing the job assignment.
