As an SME, I am also responsible in handling escalations, managing our team's task and assignment, and communicating with other team.

My tasks and responsibilities as US Payroll Professional includes:

Transmission of salaries to different bank in the US (Direct Deposit and Hard

copy check)

- Processing of employee’s Short-term and Long-term Disability benefits.

- Processing of Wage Verification forms.

- W2 correction processing.

- Inactive overpayment calculation and communication.

- Health Savings Account processing and reconciliation.

- Salary calculation and adjustments.

- Separation, Final pay, and Vacation pay processing.

My main job as Payroll Administrator includes:

- US Payroll processing and administration.

- Garnishment calculation and processing.

- Customer Service.

As Payroll and Billing Associate, my main job includes:

- End to end Philippine Payroll processing.

- Preparation of Billing statements.

- Tax calculation

- Benefit computation.

- Employee relations
