After that, I pursued opportunities to lead a group of teachers and currently oversee a team of online English instructors, ensuring high-quality instruction through performance tracking, coaching, and professional development initiatives.

As an HR Manager, I oversee recruitment, training, and staff development, fostering a supportive and efficient work environment. In my role as a Financial Assistant, I assist with payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely compensation for staff.

Additionally, as a Coordinator for the Vietnamese academy owner, I act as a liaison between management and teaching staff, facilitating smooth communication and operations.
