I worked as a customer service representative in one of the call center companies here in the Philippines for more than 3 years. During those years, I was trained to handle different accounts and was also trained to handle some back-office tasks.

As a freelancer, I worked as a customer service representative for a client who does dropshipping for more than 8 years. The client also trained me to fulfill and process orders using Oberlo and ShipBob. I was also trained to handle live chats.

I am very familiar with how to run a dropshipping business as well as the tools that are needed to smoothly run the business. I know how to use Shopify, Aliexpress, google docs, zendesk, Zoho, Reamaze , Freshdesk and fulfillment apps such as oberlo and ShipBob. I can say that dropshipping business is my forte because I have a lot of knowledge on how to handle customer service and order fulfillment of this kind of business.

In addition to that, I also worked as a virtual assistant for a Canadian client for 1 year. The client sells, t-shirts online and advertises them on Facebook. What I do for this client is set up his Facebook ads and manage his Facebook pages. I also have experience in assisting customers over the phone using the grasshopper apps and live chat using Tidio. And lastly, I also used to handle order disputes in Klarna, Stripe, and Paypal.
