  • Handles the overall operation of the Hypermart with over 200+ employees
  • Achievement in first year of the company - Able to improved the store from low performing store prior to my arrival. 5 Managers handle the store before me but nobody able to reached what i reach. From tagged as "challenged store" to now a consistent top store, on top on that for the first time last 2024 able to reach the full year target on my 1 year of the company. This January was the top 4 store all branched nationwide. I was promoted from Manager 1 to Manager to and right now as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in just 1 year. Currently my store is trending for Top 2 this February.
  • FMCG Department - making sure refilling and displays are full, standard buffering guidelines are being followed, standard displays proper shelf tags are implemented, cleanliness is well maintained in display area, walk-in freezer are following standard guidelines in stacking and buffering, near-ex/ slow moving are properly monitored, freegoods are properly monitored, hitting above bundle rating percentage, making sure all rented merch rack expiration and displays should properly monitored
  • General Merchandise Department/ Apps and Furnitures - making sure the department personnels are following the standard buffering guidelines, making sure that all displays have complete visual merchandise (header, talker, wobblers), making sure all slow-moving and non -moving are reported to Area Merchandising Operations Officer, all items return and need for repair return by customer must be properly monitored for satisfaction of after sales rating is also important
  • Department Store - making sure all displays are following the standard displays guidelines (displays of tshirts it must be colored, plain, hanger should be in one side, following standard space between displays, utilize the mannequin), making sure all buffers are stacked and properly place following standard buffering guidelines, making sure all promotional displays should have header, talker and wobblers
  • Cashiering and Customer Service - making sure to have enough cashiers during lean and peak hours, making sure baggers have complete and enough supplies (twine, cutter, square cartoon board, kraft bag/plastic bag, rag), making sure all baskets and push carts and well maintained, making sure package counter are cleaned and well-maintained, making sure all cashiers and bagger are following standard guidelines in greetings, making sure all compliance and reports in cashiering and customer service are complied, making sure all customers with concerns are attended by customer service rep
