• Provides daily product configuration setup support for multiple models in all applicable databases

• Maintains global Configurators including the programming of product data and global product configuration rules in multiple HUB business systems

• Conducts troubleshooting of database configuration and software solutions

• Responsible for multiple products within multiple databases

• Provides additional NPD/Sustaining support for Product Configuration Solutions Team

• Maintains the orderliness of files and other documents of the workplace;

• Gives services in assistance to proficient persons in the organization;

• Accomplishes encrypting documents and other tasks;

• Receives and routes interoffice communications; and

• Answers phone calls, inquiries of customers correspond to the service that the designated office is providing.

• Develops simple modules or basic functionalities.

• Creates prototypes, mock-ups using standard project templates and tools for projects without wireframes.

• Reports own progress back to the project tracking tool.

• Assist in UAT (informing participants, scheduling, gathering results).

• Follows set coding standards, code sharing and design guidelines of the team.
