Job Description:

• Monitor and verify the Fire & Burglary alarms received from client's end, dispatch Firemen and Police Officers if necessary and/or in case of verified actual incident.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Activity Reports for the clients.
• Encoding and Processing of all important documents for the client from the Job Order (Installation of Alarm System) to Service Order (Check-ups, Repairs and Preventive Maintenance)
• Responsible for the logging in, profiling and organizing of all client requests on a daily basis such us site surveys and quotations to ensure that they will be scheduled for visit, quoted and billed accurately.
• Handles the Petty Cash Fund for small amount cash advances, liquidations and reimbursements for servicing-related transactions.
• Prepares training materials, conducts training sessions for new hires and provides refresher courses if necessary if there's newly implemented monitoring protocols set by the company and client.
