Romulo Satparam

I am Romulo Rellosa Satparam, A retired military officer with the rank of Colonel, 57 years of age l, from Biñan City, Laguna. I served the Philippine Army for 33 years and held different positions both tactical operations, administrative and intelligence functions. I also held a managerial position being a comander of 3 times as Battalion Commander in different areas nationwide, i also served as Group Commander of the 4th Regional Community Defense Group covering the areas of Regions 4a and 4b (CALABARZON and MIMAROPA Provinces) where in my unit is primarily tasked to managed and administered 10 Community Defense Centers and 10 Ready Reserved Battalions deployed in 10 provinces of Regions 4a and 4b as well as Management of ROTC units in dufferent School institutions public and privates in the 2 regions. These aforementioned units under my supervission were tasked to mantain peace in order situation in their respectuve provinces including HADR functions during calamites and disasters. Inhirent to us other than those mentuoned tasks is the environmental protection, crowd control operations in collaborations with the respective local Government Agencies as well as NGOs in the area.
