• Provide support to Square D electrical products but not limited to technical support, wiring assistance, selection of part numbers, providing documentations such drawing installation manual & certifications.
• Technical Product Trainer – provide technical training to new hires and refresher training to tenured agents. Provide training for existing and updated process with in my organization. Subject Matter Expert –primary point of contact if there are technical and clarifications pertaining to products or process for my te
• QA – provide monthly audit for phone and chats, coach agent regarding mark downs and how to improve scores.
• bFO champion – bronze, silver and gold certified. Provide support to salesforce bFO inquiry of my organization, provide training for updates. Create reports or dashboards if needed.
