Duties And Responsibilities

• Responsible for workshop job and welding fabrication.
• Machining any kind of parts of the ship vessel like Grooving slip on Flange,Threading bolts and nuts.
• Threading pipe for piping installation and Machining shafting for the impeller of sea water pump.
• Replace and install pressurized sea water pipeline and hydraulic pressurized pipeline.
• Fabricate saddle tees miter elbows dummy support of elbows laterals concentric reducers as per
  required.
• Assemble and installs varieties of metal pipes and fitting.
• Cuts pipe using hacksaw pipe cutter of pipe cutting.
• Reams and thread pipe using reamer file stock and threading machine.
• Modification alignment of various plant and rotating equipment.
• Analyze and interpret isometric drawing.
• Layout reference points and patterns on heavy metals according to components specification.
