• On-Site Installation & Setup: Oversee the structural deployment, carpentry, electrical works, and installation of promotional booths, retail kiosks, and event displays in accordance with approved technical drawings and project specifications.
• Team & Contractor Supervision: Lead and coordinate field technicians, installers, carpenters, electricians, and external contractors. Delegate tasks, manage manpower schedules, monitor productivity, and conduct daily toolbox safety meetings.
• Campaign & Event Activation: Coordinate with mall and venue management regarding ingress/egress requirements, permits, access schedules, and site regulations to ensure timely and compliant brand activations.
• Quality Assurance & Troubleshooting: Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship, dimensions, finishes, structural integrity, and electrical/lighting installations. Identify and resolve issues such as damaged components, lighting failures, space constraints, and installation discrepancies.
• Project Coordination: Serve as the primary field liaison between project managers, clients, contractors, suppliers, and installation teams, ensuring that site requirements and project instructions are clearly communicated and executed.
• Progress & Completion Reporting: Prepare and submit installation progress reports, site photo documentation, manpower updates, issue reports, and project completion reports to management and clients.
