• Analyzes networks issues base from collected logs and identify coverage gap and discuss with Globe RgPM (Optimization team) for terporary and long term solutions.

• Uses Tems Symphony by ASCOM, connected with 10 Android Phones and 2 LTE Data cards for data collection on each mobile operator.

® Determine the FREQUENCY to be set in each sector by considering the same frequency interference to avoid bad coverage ( BAD CINR )

® Provide technical site survey report ( TSSR ) to determine the best orientation and down tilt of antenna to have a good coverage

® Conduct KPI TESTING, test the maximum throughput per sector of the site to ensure that the site can serve for agreed maximum number of subscriber per site

® Conduct CALL SUCCESS RATIO (CSSR) DROP CALL RATIO (DCR) test within the coverage of WIMAX site to test the performance of WiMAX terminal in network.

® Conduct cluster optimization to improve the WIMAX coverage in term of RSSI and CINR

® Conduct drive test for WIMAX Radio network optimization using X-CAL-X software as a drive test tool and conduct drive test Analysis using X-CAP-X software to determine the source of problem such as Bad coverage, frequency interference

® Prepare a optimization report using X-CAP-X software in post processing the drive test data

® Manage the optimization activity of the drive test team, support for technical concern during the WIMAX testing

® Responsible in providing technical training for the new fresh engineer in doing the proper way of optimization and giving useful ideas that they can use in daily optimization activities.

® Responsible in parameter configuration in the Huawei M2000, RNC LMT, to query the status of the site(alarms status),parameter configuration, signal tracing, checking the IUB capacity and cell performance monitoring and management.

® Experience in using the Huawei iManager Nastar for checking the missing neighbor, TP analysis pilot pollution analysis and signal tracing for the VIP user.

® Experience in using the NP master to know the detail reason of call drop, RRC failure, missing neighbor and PSC checking in the network.

® Experience in handling the Vip Complain, evaluating the problem experience the trying to solve the problem using the existing sites or proposing the ideal solution to solve the problem.

® Experience in managing the drive test team in doing the physical antenna adjustment and signal testing to trouble shoot the coverage problem related to RF condition

® Conduct the cluster optimization analysis to eliminate the coverage problem like Pilot pollution, unnecessary signal from overshooting cell, missing neighbor and Poor RSCP and ECIO area

® Experience in creating a cluster optimization report containing the proposal and recommendation with proper justification to improve the coverage performance.

® Single Site Verification Test (Drive testing)

® RF Cluster Optimization and Performance Testing of SMART HSPA Network.

® Maximum throughputs Test for SMART HSPA 850 HSDPA and HSUPA services as per customer requirements.

® Performs FTP and HTTP connectivity test to ensure the maximum performance of data transfer.

® Conduct data collection to determine the missing neighbor, pilot pollution and overshooting and coverage problem using GENEX PROBE 1.5 and Map Info as drive test tool.

® Performing hard optimization of the network so as to minimize coverage holes & interference.

® Studying Network Quality Report and analyzing them and making changes in the network accordingly.

® Taking necessary actions like giving Mechanical Tilt & Electrical Tilt, re-orientation of the Antennas wherever required for solving the coverage problem, for minimizing the Interference in the Network according to RF Planning Database.

® Analyze drive test log files and KPI evaluation, identifying poor coverage and quality patches through drive test and making action plan to resolve RF related problem such as swap sectors, dead spots, poor RSCP and Ec/Io.
