• As a PEZA accredited road transport company, we cater to the full and less than container load (FCL/LCL) delivery requirements of NVOCC’s and PEZA Exporters and Importers to/from the Manila International Container Terminal (CY/CY, CFS/CY), Various customs bonded warehouses for imports (CY/CFS, CFS/CFS), Port of Batangas (accredited), Subic (SBFZ/SBMA accredited), and Bataan (FAB accredited). Negotiate and close Trucking Service Contracts. Set up and maintain Service Level agreements with customers. Clients include KWE, Rhenus Logistics, ECU Worldwide and such.

• Primary responsibility is to achieve the branch’s revenue goals. Performs Account Management and create Business Development Plan to ensure the retention and growth of our Global, Regional, and local Corporate accounts thru our own company CRM software system platform (Proprietary). Manages the specific logistics needs-requirements of our key accounts such as Philips, G.E., Samsung and other Multinationals that are considered leaders in their respective industries. This is done by setting up a Desktop Level SOP for each business of an account and ensuring that dry run shipments moves in compliance to the SOP and SL KPI’s metrics indicated, prior to Account Management’s turnover to Operations for their execution on the actual regular shipments. The DLSOP’s are also updated regularly for any changes in the shipment process. Attends to Air and Sea freight quote pricing requests as well as regional and global tender bidding RFI/RFQ/RFP requests from Expeditors overseas branches with ownership/jurisdiction over the account or business. Generates bi-monthly yield sales report for YTD, QOQ, and YOY analysis required for QBR/EBR. Overall goal is to maintain Service Contracts and increase annually Philippine branch’s share of customer business.

• Primary responsibility is to achieve import container (TEU) volume quota. Handles the assigned local importer-consignee accounts with regards to their rates and service inquiries and prepares corresponding business proposals. Solicits and maintains accounts support in the midst of tough competition. Serves as coordinating channel regarding documentation matters on releasing of cargo. Attends to inquiries regarding shipment details (ETD/ETA, BL). Monitors accounts with containers lying idle at terminal after the allowed free time, incurring shipping line demurrage and port/terminal storage & electrical charges if reefer containers. Set up and maintain Shipping Service Contract, Service Level agreements with clients, local and International.

• Primary responsibility is to achieve export container (TEU) loading quota. Handles the shipping requirements of direct vendors-shippers in a specified area. Further develop their business with the company thru close coordination with our counterpart offices who in turn address shipping concerns at destination of cargo and ensure buyers-consignee receives cargo timely and in good condition. Set up and maintain Shipping SC/SL agreements with clients, Domestic and International.

• Responsible for (export) shippers weekly booking closing requirements of the marketing department. Prepares summary monitoring report regarding overstaying containers and follow up the equipment’s immediate return. Prepares billing statements for consignee/shippers with corresponding overstaying container detention charges.
