Summary

I am a retired Philippine Marine Corps Officer with 20 years of military leadership and management experience. I am a board-certified crisis manager, security professional, management specialist, trainer, and investigator with more than 16 years of industrial and corporate security management experience. I am also both a qualified safety practitioner (SO2) and an IQA auditor. I am knowledgeable and have experience in emergency, crisis, disaster resilience, and business continuity management. I hold a Bachelor of Science Degree from the Philippine Military Academy in 1994.

I am experienced with operational oversight, risk management, and team leadership. I utilize strategic planning to enhance security measures and ensure compliance with regulations. I have proven track records of optimizing security protocols and fostering proactive security culture through cost-effective and cost-efficient ways.
