Coordination with MEPF consultants regarding technical queries

such as Request for Approval (RFA) and Request for Information (RFI) for better implementation at site.

Provide shop drawings and updated lay out for approval of consultants.

Coordination with Architects and Engineers at site regarding proper implementation with respect to the approved lay out/ plan for the project.

Site inspection of installation and testing and commissioning of MEPF trades at site for approval.

Provide material take off of Mechanical, Plumbing and Sanitary, and Fire protection system for budgeting and request of site.

Plan review with respect to other trades of the project for possible conflicts and queries.

Evaluates progress billings of MEPF contractors.

Awarding of MEPF trades to the potential contractors with respect to the evaluated cost proposal.

Direct reporting to the owner regarding project updates.

Monitor work progress, schedules, sub contractor accomplishments and material deliveries.

Responsible for MEPF site operations and implementations involving their respective trades and related works.

Supervises and ensures proper work execution in accordance with approved MEPF plans and specifications.

Coordinates respective subcontractors in line with the project schedules.

Ensures adherence to safety and quality policy standards.

Witnesses testing and commissioning of Plumbing and Sanitary, Mechanical (HVAC) and Fire Protection trades.

• Coordination with contractors involved regarding installation concerns for smooth execution in the actual site condition with respect to approved design.
• Preside weekly meetings with MEPF contractors for construction issues and submit Minutes of Meeting to the contractors involved and client side based on the subject matter.
• Inspection and Testing and commissioning of Mechanical works, Electrical works, Plumbing works, Fire protection works and Sanitary works in a construction site prior to endorsement to the quality department of client side.
• Monitor work progress, schedules, subcontractor accomplishments and material deliveries.
• Responsible for site operations/implementation involving their respective trades and related works.
• Supervises and ensures proper work execution in accordance with approved MEPF plans and specifications.
• Coordinates respective works of subcontractors and other MEPF works.
• Ensures adherence to safety and quality policy standards.
