  • Resolve technical issues and problems, claim warranty as necessary, report findings and communicate with principals on technical and service problems in order to seek solutions and feedback whenever required in order to achieve customers’ satisfaction
  • Check and follow up on warranty claims from customers and communicate with principals whenever necessary to fulfill contractual warranty obligations in order to achieve customers' satisfaction
  • Conduct product knowledge training and any on-site training on equipment usage and application to customers as and when required to achieve product familiarization
