  • KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. SAP Warehouse Operations
    - Process all warehouse transactions in SAP WMS
    - Generate and verify system documents: Pick Lists, Packing Lists, Delivery Orders `VL10A`, Gate Pass
    - Encode daily cycle count results and post inventory adjustments in SAP with proper documentation
    - Monitor stock levels in SAP and trigger replenishment alerts to prevent stockouts or overstocking

    2. Inventory Control / IC Functions
    - Conduct daily cycle counts and monthly/quarterly wall-to-wall physical inventory per SMC SOP
    - Investigate and resolve SAP vs. physical variances. Prepare variance reports with root cause analysis
    - Track and report slow-moving, non-moving, and near-expiry items using SAP aging reports
    - Maintain bin accuracy, location mapping, and stock card updates. Ensure 98%+ inventory accuracy
    - Coordinate with QA/QC for stock holds, releases, and disposal of damaged/expired goods

    3. Counterbalance Forklift Operation
    - Operate counterbalance forklift for loading/unloading delivery trucks and containers
    - Perform put-away of pallets to racks and picking of orders per SAP Transfer Orders
    - Conduct daily pre-operation checklist on forklift: brakes, hydraulics, forks, lights, battery/fuel
    - Follow SMC safety protocols: 5kph speed limit, seatbelt, designated walkways, load limits

    4. Receiving & Storage
    - Receive goods from SMC plants and suppliers. Check PO, DR, quantity, batch code, expiry vs. SAP
    - Verify pallet condition and stacking pattern. Reject damaged or non-conforming goods
    - Store items per FIFO/FEFO in designated bins. Update SAP bin locations after put-away
    - Maintain cold chain integrity for chilled/frozen goods: Magnolia, Purefoods. Log temperatures hourly

    5. Dispatch & Loading
    - Pick and stage orders based on SAP-generated pick lists. Verify SKU, qty, batch, expiry
    - Load trucks using forklift with proper load planning to prevent transit damage
    - Complete outbound documentation and post Goods Issue in SAP to deduct inventory

    6. Compliance & 5S
    - Maintain GMP, HACCP, and FDA standards in warehouse. Support FSC and ISO audits
    - Implement 5S: Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain in all storage areas
    - Wear complete PPE: hard hat, safety shoes, vest. Follow SMC Safety Code at all times
  • Stored stock safely and securely to maintain quality of goods.
  • Coordinated with suppliers for timely delivery of goods, verifying quantities and quality upon receipt.
