Responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of all technical systems within the property, including troubleshooting issues, performing preventative maintenance, and promptly responding to any mechanical or electrical emergencies, ensuring the smooth functioning of the hotel's utilities like heating, ventilation, air conditioning, water supply, and power generation, while maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and reporting any safety concerns to relevant authorities.
