• In charge of employees' government benefits remittances, loans, and other related concerns.
• Government Agency Coordinator for company-related concerns (DOLE, NLRC, DTI, EMB).
• BIR documentation and filing work.
• Timesheet preparation and releasing of workers payroll.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervision of exterior painting works.
• Materials and expenses monitoring.
• Coordinate with CMT and building supervisors at any site of concern.
• Payroll officer for site workers.
• In charge of updating the drawings and as-built plans of the project.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for shop drawings and spot detailing.
• Site supervision of wall tile cladding.
• Printing of set drawings for the project manager and site superintendent.
• Prepare as-built plans and update the revision of drawings.
• Site monitoring and implementation of drawings in actual.
• Provide key plans for billings, and monthly accomplishments.
• Site supervision of painting and tile works.
• Update the revision of drawings and as-built plans.
