Water & Energy Operations:
Guarantee 24/7 operational continuity and water supply reliability through meticulous planning and real-time system adjustments.
Manage the 800 kW Hydroelectric Power Plant, synchronizing power generation with water discharge protocols to maximize efficiency.
Analyze pump performance and other operational data to identify and implement significant efficiency improvements.
Asset Reliability & Maintenance:
Develop and execute robust maintenance programs and operational reliability guidelines for all water and used water facilities.
Perform detailed asset condition ratings and analyze diagnostic data to transition from reactive repairs to a predictive maintenance model.
Provide and submit detailed operational reliability reports to senior management, highlighting performance and areas for strategic investment.
Safety & Risk Management:
Maintain rigorous oversight of dam safety, interpreting data from 388 structural and geotechnical instruments to immediately address any anomalies.
Lead incident response, reporting all operational abnormalities and executing immediate corrective actions to minimize impact.
Uphold and enforce all health and safety procedures, fostering a work environment committed to achieving zero work-related accidents.
