- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to create and execute a wide range of projects aimed at achieving the revenue, volume, growth, productivity, and quality objectives within a specific category
- Proactively assist in clarifying project boundaries, objectives, activities, and necessary resources (staff and budget) to determine project scope
- Recognize, evaluate, and manage risks at the project level and report them to higher-ups or the program manager, if necessary
- Give project update, monitor status and reports during team meetings and monthly gating forums
- Verify that projects are finished and in line with schedule and requirements before launching.
