Designed and implemented complete layout for new expansion of soy sauce and vinegar plant. This included developing detailed floor plans, electrical systems, and mechanical layouts from initial concept through to as-built phase. Ensured integration with existing infrastructure and compliance with industry standards and operational requirements.

• Developed 2D and 3D designs for project presentations and provided contractors with detailed fabrication drawings. Ensured that equipment designs were precise and ready for immediate implementation, minimizing delays and optimizing manufacturing line's efficiency
• Supervised installation, material handling, and inventory management throughout project lifecycle. Coordinated with teams to address any issues promptly, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of project on schedule.

• Created comprehensive 2D and 3D designs for implementation, overseeing complete design process for new cereal production lines. Managed all phases from initial concept through to final as-built drawings, including mechanical, electrical, and civil aspects of building. Conducted revisions and ensured designs were fully integrated and ready for construction.
• Developed precise fabrication drawings for deteriorated parts, effectively minimizing production delays. Created detailed specifications to ensure accurate and timely repairs or replacements, optimizing production efficiency and reducing downtime.

• Developed 2D and 3D presentations for CIP Dryer upgrade project at Wyeth Nutrition Philippines. Oversaw on-site installation activities, including managing contractor operations, coordinating material deliveries, and monitoring equipment inventory. Ensured seamless execution of project by effectively organizing resources and supervising all aspects of upgrade process.

• Designed detailed 2D and 3D plans for new and improvement projects, including precise fabrication drawings for CNC machining. Created accurate specifications to guide manufacturing process, ensuring high-quality outcomes and efficient production. Collaborated with engineering teams to refine designs and integrate feedback, optimizing project execution and functionality.
