• Act as the Construction Manager for PasayAlabang Project
• Act as the assistant of the Project Manager.
• Active Team Leader for EPC Contract / Special Projects under Maynilad Water.
• Managing the Alabang WRF Overall execution for Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Automation Construction Team delivery project on time.
• Managing Overall Design and Engineering Team, Project Consultant and Project Procurement Team.
• Act as the client’s representative who oversees the project in terms of its schedule, safety, quality & progress.
• Review and approve project construction deliverables –construction methodology in piping & field fabrication & installation, mechanical equipment installation and their final risk assessment reviews and approval.
• Establishes communication protocol by conducting inter-departmental meetings regarding the overall safety of the project, progress coordination meetings and quality management.
• Review contract documents, contractor schedule, S-curves, KPI’s, contractor’s project quality plan, contractors project safety manuals,
• Managing the overall performance of the project resources – Piping & Mechanical Manpower, tools and equipment.
• Review and Prepared Variation Order Claim and Project Time Extension Request.
• Attend on requirements of the Philippine authorities for construction works permits.

• Project Assessment: Assess the existing 10MLD Alabang wastewater treatment plant to identify the rehabilitation needs and improvements required.
• Design Development: Collaborate with the project team to develop the mechanical design concept for the rehabilitation project.
• System Layout and Piping Design: Develop detailed system layouts and piping designs.
• Equipment Sizing and Specification: Perform calculations and simulations to determine the sizing requirements.
• Equipment Integration: Coordinate with other engineering disciplines.
• Rehabilitation Strategy: Develop a rehabilitation strategy for the wastewater treatment plant.
• Project Management: Assist in project management activities by monitoring progress, tracking deliverables, managing budgets, and coordinating with the project team to ensure timely completion of mechanical design tasks.

D&L Southern Star Project / Oil and FATS refinery

Project Amount: 800Million Php

• Lead the Mechanical Team for installation and commissioning in heating, ventilating, and air condition system (HVAC).
• Act as the assistant of the Project Manager
• Supervision/Coordination of assigned constructions work, including manpower allocation for assigned areas, and ensure work is compliance with approved drawing.
• Attend meeting on construction and engineering related matters for Main Contractor and Client Representative during project execution.
• Provides status report to the owners and to management on accomplishment and problems and the corresponding courses of actions including financial, technical, and administrative aspect.
• Coordinate with client on contractual and technical matters including receipt of all Engineering drawings to produce the shop detail drawings.
• Reviews engineering deliverables for compliance with engineering principles, company standard, customer contract requirements and related specification.
• Consult my project manager on issues not within my competence for timely resolution.
• Coordinates with the material suppliers.
• Identifying the scope of work and raise invoices for extra works / variations.
