  • Implements the Company’s performance management policy by monitoring the six-month probationary period of new hires and maintains close coordination with department managers to ensure that performance goals are established within the first month of the new employee and performance review is conducted and documented on the third (3rd) and fifth (5th) month of the employee on the job
  • Ensures that appropriate action is taken on the employment of employees who did not pass the probationary period before they reach their five and half months (5 ½) with the Company by working with the employee’s department manager in assessing the employee’s performance and making sure that the decision not to regularize the employee is properly documented
  • Administers the exit process for resigning/separated employees by issuing the Exit Forms (i.e., Acknowledgment of Resignation, Clearance Form and Exit Interview Form) and conducts the exit interview to resigning employees not later than the last day of their employment
  • Maintains an updated database for recruitment (through the HRIS or other database) by recording all employment applications that were processed for screening, whether the application was successfully concluded through hiring or not, for analysis and future reference
  • Manages the administrative activities under recruitment (e.g., preparation of job-offer, employment contract, creation of 201 file, etc) by ensuring that all documents and forms are prepared, issued and filed for safekeeping based on established Work Instructions (WI), guidelines and standards of the department
  • Maintains and updates employee records pertaining to COCD violations in the ERIC system
