Duties & Responsibilities:

Engaging with clients to gather requirements and/or to discuss technical solutions to their security and or other business issues.

Design of solutions, specifying equipment and producing quotes

Implementation of security solutions utilizing. Including access control, alarm management, intrusion detection, video, license plate recognition and video analytics.

Support of existing security solution sites

Scheduling installations including internal and external resources.

Manage equipment and resources during site installations.

Perform ocular site visit

Duties & Responsibilities:

Technical support in-charge/responsible and provide training, support to our client to the following products:

PARADOX SYSTEMS (INTRUSION AND FIRE ALARM)

CCTV Close Circuit Television (HIKVISION, HUVIRON, ITX, PRAVIS, HDPRO PRODUCT)

ZKTECO/GRANDING/SOYAL (Time Attendance management/Access Control )

DITECT PRODUCT (Road Barrier)

Receiving defective units/items for maintenance from our client.

Repair defective units/items and upgrade the firmware of the dvr/nvr and IP CAMERA.

Replaced defective parts of the units/items.
