Leads the project team in Lotus Notes platform including but not limited to software development, identification and fixing of technical issues, project releases and engineering tasks. Architects solutions in ServiceNow platform using Agile methodology which includes custom applications and widgets and portals, catalog item and workflow.

Architects solutions while leading the development and support team in application development and identification and fixing of technical issues in Lotus Notes platform.
