Summary

I am responsible for managing everything virtually. As a Law student and having a experience in Legal Department I assists lawyers in preparing and organizing various legal documents for upcoming cases and trials. My main duties include preparing affidavits and correspondence, discussing case details with attorneys and clients and organizing different files for different legal proceedings. Further, I also summarizing cases and preparing reports for attorneys, In sum I also conducting research, investigating facts and developing legal arguments, drafting legal documents such as contracts, depositions and pleadings. For having an experience before in I Law Office I am Preparing and filing documents with courts, organizing and archiving the documents related to completed and ongoing cases. Furthermore, I keeping track of changes in legal framework and providing timely updates on these changes. In addition, I can handle all spreadsheets and lists, and I can help organize things in a timely manner, gathering and verifying paperwork for the project. I am capable of responding to emails and phone calls, scheduling meetings, I am also able to create presentations and provide customer support.I have good communication and verbal skills, critical thinking, problem-solving, excellent grasp of grammar and spelling, outstanding computer skills, a research-oriented approach, and a good internet connection.
