Ray Jay is a Project Management Specialist with more than 14 years of experience in performing regular Project Management Office (PMO) activities which include administrative assistance, Microsoft apps and other tools, work plan creation and maintenance, metrics production to onshore and offshore client, resource management including the on-boarding, off-boarding and staffing, SME in Microsoft Project and Metrics Reporting also has expertise in project mobilization with creation of new processes.
Also, Ray has experience handling financial report, logistics and asset management, ticket monitoring & resolution, training coordination and facilitation, risk and issue management, updating the Project Business Continuity Management Plan and Information Security Management System Plan.
