*Climbing pole using a safety belt and extension ladder

*Manual cable pulling for aerial cable such as fig.8(12f,24f,48f,96f,216f) *Attaching pole line hardware such as pole clamps, Extension arm, etc,.using a lineman wrench and adjustable wrench

*Fixing cable using a ratchet, guy grip, suspension clamps, cable ties and provide loop for LCP's, nap's and maintenance purposes

*Install LCP's and nap's

*Underground cable installation using a fiber blowing machine for 48f,144f and 288f mainly for ODN and Backbone projects

*Opening and closing manhole, operate fiber blowing machine and provide loop for Splicing and maintenance purposes

*Pole digging and operate boom truck for pole erection
