- Monitor and process the end-to-end incoming and outgoing clearing margin call wherein ING act as a broker to non-CCP counterparties processing VM, IM, PAI, Coupons transaction for 20 counterparties.
- Process the end-to-end margin call for 7 broker accounts for Exchange Trade Derivatives facing Goldman Sachs and ABN AMRO.
- Act as an escalation contact on all clearing related ledger and statements financial breaks involving the cashflows from LCH, Eurex and JSCC, ensuring that breaks are cleared and investigated on a timely manner.
- Collaborated and conducted a breaks alignment session across all Financial Markets team to minimize ageing clearing breaks which is reported to the regulators and management.
- Performs daily, weekly, quarterly and annual EMIR portfolio reconciliation mandated by EMIR, this is part of the risk mitigating process which is performed either manually (for non Trioptima members) or via TriResolve.
- Performs margin call disputes and high value portfolio reconciliation for “non-cleared” OTC derivatives.
- Facilitate Key Performance Indicator sessions, performance review and process review sessions identifying issues and area of improvements on certain processes.
- BCP coordinator for collateral management and identified as critical staff for House clearing and client clearing process in case of unforeseen events such as calamities, war etc. which might affect banking operations.
