Thesis: Development of Decision Tool for Sorting Municipalities Among Centralized, Decentralized, and On-Site Wastewater Treatment Systems using Analytical Hierarchy Process Sorting II Method in the Philippines. The study is a collaboration between University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB) and De La Salle University (DLSU).

• Developed a unique two-stepped classification model in the sorting process
• Identified the necessary considerations and applied different Multi-Criteria Decision Making techniques in the study
• Worked under the supervision of environmental engineer and climate change scientist, Dr. Perlie Velasco from the University of the Philippines Los Baños
• Worked with De La Salle University's Head of Waste and Resource Management Unit of the Center for Engineering and Sustainable Development Research, Dr. Michael Promentilla, in the application of theory in the study

• Oversaw, trained and developed writers and associates, assistants and junior editors to optimize production and quality of work.
• Supported and encouraged editorial board to provide independent and objective advice, opinions and perspectives to enhance publication.
• Sustained and enhanced publication performance and fostered reliability, transparency and fairness.

Trained under ASEAN Engr. Alfonso Belito Betita for 200 hours on the foundations of construction and project management in different civil engineering structures

• Explored international civil engineering practices in multi-national projects
• Analyzed civil engineering problems and worked with teams to develop solutions.
• Reviewed operational costs for accuracy and budgetary compliance for projects.
