  • Monitored and managed neurologically compromised patients including ischemic stroke (post-thrombolysis), intracerebral hemorrhage, Guillain-Barré syndrome, and status epilepticus.
  • Provided critical care to patients with endocrine/metabolic crises such as DKA, HHS, thyroid storm, and adrenal insufficiency.
  • Handled toxicologic emergencies including drug overdose, alcohol withdrawal syndrome (delirium tremens), and metabolic encephalopathy.
  • Initiated and maintained continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) for patients with acute kidney injury and fluid overload.
    Delivered complex care to immunocompromised and septic patients with multi-organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS).
  • Assisted with bedside procedures such as intubation, central line insertion, arterial line setup, paracentesis, and EGD, thoracentesis and pigtail catheter insertion.
