As an Early Years Teacher in an IB PYP school, I designed and delivered engaging lessons for children aged 3-6, following the PYP inquiry-based approach. As the Kids Church Ministry Administrator at Victory Christian Fellowship, I coordinated and managed all aspects of the children’s ministry, including scheduling volunteers, overseeing lesson plans, and ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children. I facilitated communication between parents, staff, and volunteers, ensuring alignment with the ministry’s goals and values. I also supported the planning of events, activities, and special programs, while maintaining accurate records and helping with administrative tasks. My role focused on creating a welcoming and spiritually enriching experience for children and their families.

As the Adviser of the Senior High School Student Council at TIPQC-SHS, I provided guidance and mentorship to student leaders, helping them plan and execute school events and initiatives. I supported the council in fostering school spirit, promoting student involvement, and addressing student concerns. My role involved advising on leadership development, organizing meetings, and ensuring effective communication between students, faculty, and administration. As a Product Ready Trainer for Customer Service Representatives, I developed and delivered training sessions focused on product knowledge, customer service techniques, and troubleshooting skills. I ensured that new hires were well-equipped to handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information. I created training materials, conducted role-playing exercises, and assessed trainee progress to ensure they met performance standards.
