Summary

Working as a Marketing Assistant, my daily routine is to answer the telephone calls and communicate the queries of our clients to the designated people whom the account is related thereto. This also involves solving the problems of our clients, for example, the problem is with regards to the updated payment channels that our company provided.


Also, I was an education coach, I handle students with a mental disability, make activities to enhance their social and communication skills and that also helped me a lot to improve my interpersonal and problem-solving skills even to students or to our past clients in my most recent job.
