• Obtain and document informed consent from vaccinees
• Administer the COVID-19 vaccine in accordance with training protocols
• Document that vaccine has been administered in the electronic immunization register
• Providing after-care including follow-up appointment and adverse event advice to vaccines
• Preparing vaccine doses for administration by reconstituting and drawing up doses from multi-dose vials

• Assist in the gathering of data related to research and regulatory projects
• Participate in the conduct of monitoring and evaluation of plans, programs and commitment of Centers/Offices

• Conduct policy research for the formulation and review of policies, programs and projects

• Perform the functions of staff nurse
• Assist the midwife in health service provision such as immunization, family planning, pre and post natal care and other related tasks
• Assist in the LGU in the advocacy of good health practices
• Conduct lecture on different health programs and other advocacies
• Initiate, implement, participate in the development or advocacy of health education and promotion program component to create health awareness among the local communities

• Participate in the development of health related programs and strategies
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals, plans, health promotion and communication materials and other related documents
• Assist in the collection and validation of health related data/information
• Assist in the encoding/updating of data/information in the established DOH information systems
• Submit health reports/data/information to DOH Regional Office and Central Office
• Coordinate with different stakeholders for the submission of national health data reports
• Perform other related functions as may be assigned

• Receive patients and prepare them for necessary dental procedures
• Provide instruments and dispense materials during oral examinations and treatments
• Clear the patient’s mouth of saliva or dental materials used in the treatment by operating handheld suction or air and water-spraying equipment
• Clean and sterilize instruments used after treatment
• Maintain and restock dental supplies
• Perform routine care and maintenance of dental equipment and instruments
