Having more than 5 year of experience related to System Administration and IT Support, I successfully migrated

on-premises PBX to cloud PBX, participated in on-premises Domain Controller and Exchange migration to

Microsoft 365, helped Marketing with Website campaigns, and gave excellent IT support to more than 100 users

company-wide solving issues with tablets, computers, networks, CRM, printing, and other ad hoc requests.

Having past hospitality background and penetrating through the IT industry with a passionate mindset, I enjoy

building relationships with people from diverse backgrounds and pride myself in impeccable end-to-end
