· The primary objective is to achieve, or over-achieve, the allocated billed seat targets expected across the named existing accounts in a designated territory or territories
· Develop and execute Strategic Account Plans
· Responsible for managing the recruiting process and overseeing the billing processes from end to end, relating to growth seats in the named accounts. Handoff to Account Team for onboarding
· Supporting, working collaboratively & transparently with the Account Teams to support client relationship excellence in those named accounts
· Efficient usage and updates within the CRM system Hubspot to ensure accurate tracking of sales activities, opportunities, client interactions and forecasting
· Maintain in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
· Research business opportunities and viable income streams
· Follow industry trends locally and internationally
· Draft and review contracts
· Report on successes and areas needing improvements
· Work closely with the VP of Sales and Marketing to develop and implement strategies for growth, contributing to the company's overall business development goals
