• Ticket Management - provides assistance to application end users by addressing any application malfunction
• 24/7 Support and Monitoring – ensures that the production's functionalities are always working as expected
• Application Deployment Management – prepares a plan, executes deployment activities, tests, and monitors new releases
• Certificate Management – monitors and manages certificates to retain the application's functions and security
• OPI & Alarm Creation - contributes to creation of operator's instructions and alarms for application maintenance
• Coordinates and supports clients and third-party vendors
• Maintains applications according to SLAs.
