Receiving and Issuance of Finished Goods

• Receiving of Finished Goods such as Cakes, Pastries, Breads, Delicacies, Accessories, Base cakes, In-Process based on RR handling procedure standards. 
• Receiving of truck request from other department.
• Ensures accuracy on the quantity of items received from the endorsements of production.
• Ensures proper endorsement of items to the 3rd party trucker with corresponding   documentation.
• Ensured safety and quality in loading and unloading of finished goods of all freight.
• Ensures the On Time and In Full transfer of Finished Goods to Depot and other sites. 
• Documentation / updating and encoding in SAP System.

Warehousing

• Plan warehouses and transports for efficiency in both operations and capacity.
• Allocates daily truck requirement needed for transfers to depot/other sites.
• Encodes daily transactions from manufacturing to depot.
• Coordinates with Inventory Control Analyst in analyzing inventory discrepancies. 
• Ensures proper monitoring of Freight.
• Ensures truck request from other department will be provided. 
• Organised transportation activities, including storage of goods, managing information accrued from point of origin to delivery, orchestrating transportation movements, and arranging for services as necessary.
• Coordinate and track movement of goods through logistic pathways, depot and other sites transfer.
• Execute logistics plan to move products and packages to reach destinations on scheduled time.
• Review freight rates and other transportation costs to keep working costs low.
• Creating projects that could make more efficient on freight cost savings.
• Monitored inventory and managed receiving and storing of all supplies.  
• Analyzed projects and provided solutions wherever required.
• On time sending operational reports updates.
• Coordinates with 3rd party logistics partners in analyzing inventory discrepancies. 
• Maintains quality throughout the logistic processes.

• Sending Annual forecasting to purchasing group.
• Ensure the steady flow of materials necessary for manufacturing and stores. 
• Maintained adequate supply without over-ordering or wasting resources. 
• Checking of trends and customer requests to create and maintain inventory schedules.
• Planning and monitoring of stocks for daily consumption usage.
• Manage supply of materials to ensure steady production and product delivery to stores.  
• Setting up a schedule for ordering materials and maintaining an efficient inventory.
• Plan, organize and schedule deliveries of purchased materials.
• Ensure on time delivery of purchased materials based on schedule.
• Coordinates with warehouse Inventory Control Analyst in analyzing inventory discrepancies. 
• Daily checking of inventory.
• Good coordination and relationship to supplier for sustaining stocks.
• Coordinates with purchasing for the assessments of imported items.
• Arranging and monitoring air shipment delivery.
• Ensure stocks availability to support production and stores requirement.

• Daily sending of finished goods inventory to supply planning group.
• Respond to stores queries for information and access relevant files.
• Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations.
• Documentation/updating and encoding in Oracle System. 
• Generate and sorting store delivery receipt.
• Encodes daily transactions from distribution to stores.
• Inform trucking reporting time and assign store delivery.
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible.
• Daily sending of store unserved items to supply planning group.
• Checking and proper filling of store delivery receipt.
• Monitoring of finished goods inventory.
