Performed the following roles during System Implementation: As an Integration Support -

• Gathers technical requirements for several systems integrations with SAP Fieldglass such as ServiceNow, Workday and Active Directory;
• Creates and maintains documentation for the technical specifications of integration solutions;
• Coordinating with Technical stakeholders to develop logic and mapping for integration solution; and
• Supports issues resolution during hypercare with each country implementation

As a Minor Enhancements Lead -

• Gathers requirements for any minor enhancements (change requests) received from the client. Minor enhancements involved UI and integration changes;
• Responsible for the preparation of Release documentations (Release Plan, Release Report, Integration Specs documents) in Confluence;
• Responsible for preparing the test cases for SIT and UAT and coordinating of test executions in JIRA;
• Coordinating with technical stakeholders to develop logic and mapping for integration related minor enhancements;
• Configures the SAP Fieldglass Test and Production environments for the minor enhancements; and
• Monitoring the list of enhancements and plotting them into sprints based on the agreed planned release with the client

As a Data Lead -

• Prepares the validation file to be used by the client for their validation activities;
• Leads the checkpoint meetings to check and report on the progress of the overall data activities;
• Leads the cleansing and conversion of the final validated file and responsible on uploading the data into the system;
• Leads the post - migration activities; and
• Has an experience to lead the hypercare period after go-live of country implementation.

• Responsible for the end-to-end execution of the audit work in various industries, in accordance with Philippine Standard on Auditing (PSA);
• Participated directly on the planning, execution and completion of the audit, guided by the engagement executives;
• Directly reported to engagement manager and/or partner-in-charge every audit milestone;
• Performed review and evaluation of clientʼs internal control procedures to determine the extent of reliance in the existing controls and identifying the risk of material misstatement due to fraud or error;
• Directly engaged with client personnel, communicated audit findings, accounting issues and other related matters noted during the course of the audit;
• Performed detailed review of client-prepared financial statements, tax forms and other reports as required by local regulatory agencies;
• Performed detailed review of the audit work executed by the audit staff under my direction;
• In-charge of the staff workflow, supervision and counseling for them to effectively execute required audit deliverables and for them to attain their career objectives.

• Assisted in the planning, execution and completion phase of the audit and perform other duties, guided by the engagement executives;
• Executed audit procedures and prepared relevant working papers to evidence the work performed;
• Maintained close coordination with client personnel for any issues encountered and audit requirements.
