1.Responsible for the overall personnel management which includes the following.

a) Allocation of manpower to their respective work areas.

b) Supervise and monitor control room operator, machine operator, forklift operator, technical workers and laborers in the performance of their day to day tasks such as pouring, batching, grindings, pelleting, and bagging operators.

c) Ensure all materials needed for production are ready to ensure efficiency.

d) Supervise and monitor the implementation of in-process quality control and ensure products conformity to set quality standards.

e) Weekly meetings with all personnel or as needed.

f) Prompts action on Merits and Demerits such as issuance of memorandum and etc.

2. Finished Goods checking and monitoring.

a) Physical quality of the Product (Texture, accurate weight, packaging labels, and etc.

b) Quantity of the finished goods produced (RM usage versus actual production)

3.Maintains cleanliness inside the assigned Feedmill premises and nearby surroundings.

4.Coordination with Quality Assurance for any product - related manners.

5.Coordination with safety officer for any safety matters and ensures every worker is working in a safety working environment.

6.Ensure that the following are well performed.

a) daily and weekly basic PMS of all machines, motors and equipment (greasing)

b) Recording and data gathering of machine and equipment consumable parts (die and roller lifespan)

c) Record keeping of machineries and equipment efficiencies.

7.Monitoring of manufacturing costs (Electricity, Fuel and Labor)

8.Randomly checks and monitor the following on RAW materials

a) Quality of incoming rawmaterials-physical attributes (smell, color, apperance)

b) Storage and condition of rawmaterial inside premises of the feedmill assigned.

9.Report important concerns on production and personnel related matters to the Plant Operation Manager.

10.Any other task given by the Superior
