DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Prepares minutes during Operations Meeting and sending out to all concerned department.
· Printing of relevant reports for daily meeting.
· Monitoring of Pending Items and personally check with the Purchasing Department for the updates of the Pending Purchase Requests.
· Monitoring of weekly schedule of all employees
· Filling of all updated Job Descriptions of all The Alpha Suites employees.
· Filling of all updated Policies and Procedures for easier reference.
· Files approved Pull-Out Forms and submit report to Assistant General Manager- Operations on monthly basis.
· Follows up any pending transactions with Treasury.
· Maintains the Petty Cash of Executive Office and secures all official receipts for liquidation and reimbursement
· Monitors office supplies and prepares PR whenever necessary.
· Maintains and Inventory Record of all collaterals.
· Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of the Executive Office.
· Consolidates the documents for General Manager/ President’s Signature.
· Performs other tasks as directed by the Assistant General Manager- Operations from time to time.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Welcome and greet the guest with a smile and start a conversation with them.
· Politely asks for their reservation/confirmation number together with their passport or any valid government issued I.D for verification.
· Explain to them the amenities, rules and policies of the hotel.
· Offer luggage assistance and bidding the guest a pleasant and wonderful stay.
· Attend their needs, wants and concerns and responding it immediately.
· Doing night audit, preparing arrivals and departures for tomorrow arrivals.
· Log and encode their request and complaints in designated log sheets.
· Secure their safety and security.
· Book walk in guest and answers phone calls regarding inquiries from guest especially in their reservation.
· Doing reports and some paper works.

· Welcomed passengers politely with a smile as they check in their luggage and assigned their seats. Greeted passengers with small conversations
